The network fee is a small amount of cryptocurrency paid to miners/validators for processing and confirming your transaction on the blockchain network.

Why do I pay the network fee?

• Every crypto transaction requires a fee to be processed
• The fee goes directly to the network miners/validators
• Cryptomus does not collect this fee

How is the fee calculated?

The fee amount depends on the current network load and the selected cryptocurrency network (e.g., TRON, Ethereum, Bitcoin).

How to make a payment?

1. Select the cryptocurrency you want to pay with
2. Choose the appropriate network
3. Click "Proceed to the payment"
4. Send the exact amount to the provided wallet address
5. Wait for the transaction to be confirmed on the blockchain

Important notes:

• Send only the selected cryptocurrency to the address
• Make sure you are using the correct network
• The payment must be completed before the timer expires
• The exact amount must be sent for the payment to be processed

Payment status:

• ⏳ Waiting — Awaiting your payment
• 🔄 Confirming — Transaction is being confirmed
• ✅ Paid — Payment successfully completed
• ❌ Expired — Payment time has run out
